Bangchan General Assembly Co., Ltd. was established on June 1, 1970, with the objective of assembling automobiles from Completely Knocked Down (CKD) parts imported from overseas. The company was established in accordance with the government’s policy to promote and develop the domestic automotive assembly industry.
The company is located at 99 Soi Seri Thai 56, Khan Na Yao Subdistrict, Khan Na Yao District, Bangkok 10230, within the Bangchan Industrial Estate.
Construction of the factory began in April 1971 and was completed in February 1972.
